From the History View on the Employee  

 Change to the CMS – PBJ Hours selection. 

Changing the Preferences as shown can help in reviewing PBJ hours and Paid hours faster.   

Items changes are: 

• Presentation to Include Secondary.  

• This shows PBJ hours in orange below the paid hours in gray.     

• Coverage to Shifts: 

• Shows a blue Gantt bar at the bottom showing the absolute day 24 hours.      

 This is the view from the Archive Timecard.  

Note that the shift times match the Gray box numbers above.
