Requesting Cancellation of TimeTerminal Service

Are you no longer using TimeTerminal for data collection? Here are the steps for requesting cancellation of your TimeTerminal services.


1. Sign into the TimeTerminal Portal (https://www.iciaod.com/tt).

2. On the Dashboard, find the card for the site that you want to cancel TimeTerminal services. Click on the menu drop-down in the top right corner of the card.

3. Select Request Cancellation.

4. In the Request Cancellation dialog, Select whether you would like to Retain or Purge the TimeTerminal data.

5. Click the Request Cancellation button. The button will be disabled until you select a data retention option.


If a user-level portal account for the cancelling site has not reviewed and accepted the most recent Terms & Conditions, you will see a warning at the top of the Request Cancellation dialog. Cancellation cannot be requested until at least one user has accepted the Terms & Conditions
