  1. Close the Time Terminal app, if open

  2. Then open Settings on the device

  3. Locate and select Time Terminal

  4. Turn on the options to Reset Database and Reset Station ID

  5. Reopen Time Terminal and select to Sign in with Badge to re-sign in with badge number and URI
