PLEASE NOTE: All requested professional services are subject to approval and availability before work can begin. The pricing above is for remote Professional Services utilizing telephone / conference call & email communications along with remote connectivity tools including, but not limited to: SimpleHelp, VPN, RDP. For on-site services, additional travel expenses and fees may apply.  http://Help.iciaod.com for more information. 


OUT-OF-REGION TRAVEL EXPENSES: Customer is responsible for 100% of all expenses (air travel, car rental, lodging, meals, parking, tolls, shipping charges, etc.) incurred during the installation & product maintenance period.


AOD CUSTOMERS: Any changes that will take more than 15 minutes may be billable for a minimum of 1 hour.  After 1 hour- it may be billable in increments of 15 minutes.  Billable items are required to be approved by a Senior Tech before quote is sent out.


Licensed Customers: Any changes that will take more than 1 hour may be billable for a minimum of 1 hour.  After 1 hour- it may be billable in increments of 15 minutes.  Billable items are required to be approved by a Senior Tech before quote is sent out.


* 2-hour minimum. Cancellations without a 24 hour notice will incur the minimum charge.
