Employees that act as supervisors to handle “Crew” functions such as punch and transfer will need to be set up as Supervisors for your URI via the Time Terminal Portal.
Sign into the Time Terminal Portal.
In the menu on the left side, click the site for which you need to add supervisors.
In the Supervisors area, click the Add Supervisor button.
In the Add Supervisor window, enter an employee ID and click the Search button.
Once you see the employee’s name, click the Add Supervisor button.
To remove a supervisor, click the drop down arrow to the right of the supervisor’s name. Then, click
Remove Supervisor.
