Setting the Local Server IP on an IT 3100

Setting the Local Server IP for the IT 3100 has to be done at the time clock. This must be done when the IP address of the server the time clock communicates with has changed. Before you begin this process, please see your IT Staff or contact ICI Tech Support to obtain the correct Attendance Enterprise Web Server IP address.

1. Press the  button.
   
   
2. Type 1905 and then press the  button.
   
   
   
3. Press  to highlight Settings and press  to select.
   
   
4. Press  to highlight Polling and press  to select.
   
   
5. Press  to highlight Polling Server and press  to select.
   
   
6. Use the keypad to enter the IP address of the Attendance Enterprise Web Server
   1. If one of the segments is not 3 digits long (192.168.1.200):
      1. Enter it with 1-2 zeroes in from to make the segment 3 digits (192.168.001.200)
      2. Press  to skip to the next segment.
   2. If any part of the IP address is entered incorrectly, press  to delete digits and then enter the IP Address again.
   
   
   
7. Press  to confirm the new IP address
   
   
8. Press  until you are completely out of the menus and the date and time appear on the screen.
   
   
9. Press  to initiate a sync to the new server.
