STEP 2: From within the portal (logged in as a CP), select “Link Site” and enter in the requested information for your Time Terminal customer AOD URI. Once you’ve successfully linked your client site, a tile will display with information about this client.
Although you are able to have multiple CP Admin accounts, you as a channel partner will want to coordinate who will administer invites to your end users before continuing to step 3.
STEP 3: From within the client tiles, select the down arrow and choose “Invite Admin”. During this step, your Time Terminal customers will automatically receive an invitation to create their account via the email address you’ve entered in the “Site admin email” box.
NOTE: Your end user must have an account created within the portal prior to your order transitioning to tech support for implementation.
