Install WCM Setup:

Install WCM Setup:

 

Download this WCM2.3.1057.zip to a folder on the server.

 

Then run the WCMSetup.exe as an administrator.

Run the Attendance on Demand Workstation Communication Module

Edit Properties:

 

Set you AOD user name and Password.  Note OpenID does not work for this.

Then go back to the Edit → Properties

And Test Connectivity. Should now test OK

Now Download Configuration

The installation is complete.  

 

 

Run automatically

 

Command line switches:

·         -run:"<operation name>" | all

·         To run all operations:

o   AoDWkstaComms -run:all

·         To run a single operation

o   AoDWkstaComms -run:"<name of single operation>", ie.

§  AoDWkstaComms -run:"Export Payroll Files"

 

Note: the hyphen before the 'run' and the colon after the 'run' is required. To select a specific client parameter set:

Need to make a new Win Scheduled Tasks:

 

Make sure to "Run whether user is logged in or not"

The Trigger is the schedule.  make sure it runs "Daily", the reoccur can be set to 1 hour.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\InfoTronics\Attendance on Demand\Workstation Communications\AoDWkstaComms.exe"

 

  • -run "Poll All Clocks"

 

When you are done, hit OK/Save

This will ask for your Windows user name and password.
