Here are the ports that need to be open for the time clocks.
When implementing GT series clocks using GT Connect the client will need to ensure that the following hosts and IP addresses are configured for two way communication.
register.gtconnectedservices.com, port 443 (HTTPS)
global.azure-devices-provisioning.net, port 5671 (AMQPS)
iot-hub-aegis-eastus2.azure-devices.net port 5671 (AMQPS)
device.gtconnectedservices.com, port 443 (HTTPS) - (Application Communications)
remote.eastus2.gtconnectedservices.com, port 443 (HTTPS) - (Interactive View)
To minimize disruption, use the hostnames for networking and firewall configuration whenever possible. Clocks are set to DHCP.
