Time Terminal is supported on tablets and phones. The Time Terminal can be tied to one employee in a “badge lock” or can be used by multiple employees on the same device. An entire crew can clock in and out using this technology. A few things to keep in mind when using Time Terminal on phones.

• The application will only communicate when it is active.

  • It does not communicate in the background.

  • Any transactions or updates will need to be completed while the application is in the foreground and active.

• The My Crew functions that require an Attendance on Demand (AoD) user account and that application to be open. It can be in the background however. Force closing the application will effectively log the user out and will require them to sign back in.
