The following instructions are valid for IrisID devices running Software Version 1.02.13 or higher.

  1. Press the IrisTime logo in the upper right corner.

  2. Enter password for admin account 1234.

    1. You may be prompted to set an Admin Password. If prompted, it is suggested that you use 1234 as that password. If you would like to use a different password, make sure you make a record of the password you set.

  3. Tap Settings.

  4. On the General screen, verify that your device is running Software Version 1.02.13 or higher.

  5. To Install Time Terminal, head to the application screen and scroll down to the App Update section.

  6. Tap on the blank line and enter https://www.iciaod.com/app using the on-screen keyboard.

    1. If you do not enter “https://” or the device is not connected to the Internet, you will get the below error message.

  7. IrisID’s software, IrisTime, will prompt for a username/password no matter what URL is entered in the App Update section. When you see this username/password prompt, press the Return key on the on-screen keyboard twice to skip through those fields. These fields should be left blank.

  8. Once you have skipped through the two fields, Click OK.

  9. Time Terminal will now download directly to the device and automatically install.

  10. Once installed, the device will reboot and present the Sign-In Screen.

  11. Time Terminal will start syncing employees after the sign in is complete. There is currently no on-screen indicator that the sync is happening, so you may need to wait a few minutes for all data to be synced to the app.
