Setting the Local Server IP for the IT 3100 has to be done at the time clock. This must be done when the network IP address of the server the time clock communicates with has changed. Before you begin this process, please see your IT Staff or contact ICI Tech Support to obtain the correct Local Server IP Attendance Enterprise Web Server IP address.

1. Press the  button.
   
   
2. Type 1905 and then press the Image Modified button.
   
   
   
3. Press Image Modified to highlight Settings and press Image Modified to select.
   
   
4. Press Image Modified to highlight Polling and press Image Modified to select.
   
   
5. Press Image Modified to highlight Polling Server and press Image Modified to select.
   
   
6. Use the keypad to enter the IP address of the Attendance Enterprise Web Server
   1. If one of the segments is not 3 digits long (192.168.1.200):
      1. Enter it with 1-2 zeroes in from to make the segment 3 digits (192.168.001.200)
      2. Press Image Added to skip to the next segment.
   2. If any part of the IP address is entered incorrectly, press Image Added to delete digits and then enter the IP Address again.

7. Press Image Added to confirm the new IP address
   
   
8. Press Image Added until you are completely out of the menus and the date and time appear on the screen.
   
   
9. Press Image Added to initiate a sync to the new server
